Greetings from your un-named partners! In today's world there are many places where serving as a missionary/evangelist makes one very unwelcome. In the past we have often labeled such places as "closed" and assumed we would have to wait for a more promising day. But if we are to complete the task of making disciples of all nations, we must find creative ways to access these areas. With your partnership we are working among a very resistant people group in the nation with the largest Muslim population in the world. We and our team are involved in a number of different projects and small businesses which we hope will eventually provide full funding for our national team members. Through these business and other projects we meet and befriend members the majority population. We try to live out our faith, allowing them to see the difference the Lord makes, while we pray for them and for opportunities to creatively witness to them. As they respond to the gospel, our plan is to form them into small, low-profile house churches so the process of the Kingdom, as yeast in a lump, can continue to work. We are faced with a dilemma. We want and need your regular prayers, but if our efforts are publicized too broadly, especially via the wide-open internet, we could be labeled as proselytizers. This would severely limit our ability to continue the type of ministry we are called to.
