University of West Georgia Christian Campus Fellowship Carrollton, Georgia
Christian Campus Fellowship at the University of West Georgia was founded in 1992. Jay Akin is the campus minister. Christian Campus Fellowship exists to reach students who face an eternity with-out Jesus and help them to grow in their faith, so that they can impact their world for Jesus Christ. Every Tuesday night we have 2:67, which is based on Colossians 2:6-7. This is our time of worship and Bible teaching. Every Thursday night we provide a free meal to students at UWG. We call this time "Connect 4." Its purpose is to connect students to one another "4" fellowships so that they can grow closer together and get to know each other in a meaningful way. We participate in intramurals for fun and outreach on campus, and have small groups that provide much needed discipleship. We have two houses that provide housing for up to nine girls and up to four guys.
